Job summary

Sysco Redistribution Center Facilities is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, put-away, picking and shipping with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. You will lead 15–25 colleagues, coach performance, and balance workload across areas while maintaining inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with supervisory experience or lead experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Ability to plan, organize, and analyze data, following policies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to meet safety and productivity goals.
• Plan and schedule coverage for vacations, holidays, and requests.
• Monitor receiving/shipping for efficient product movement and accuracy.
• Coach staff on performance, safety, and core policies.
• Coordinate with Transportation and Inventory Control to optimize flow.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies.
