Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, picking, loading, and shipping. The role focuses on safety, efficiency and high service levels for customers and suppliers.

You will manage staffing, training, and performance, while driving improvements across procedures and metrics. Qualifications include 3–5 years in a redistribu­tion/distribution center and familiarity with RF devices and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years distribution center experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff in a redistribu­tion/distribution center.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and voice recognition preferred.
• Knowledge of powered industrial trucks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure safety and quality.
• Staffing, training, performance management and coaching.
• Lead meetings, align with policies, and manage shift execution.
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain reports and uphold OSHA safety standards.
• Coordinate with safety and other departments for incidents.
