Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3-5 years equivalent education/work experience in a distribution center.
• 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a Redistribution/distribution center.
• Experience with handheld RF units and voice recognition could be beneficial.
• Powered industrial truck certification required within two weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities and staff to ensure procedures, quality and safety."
• Provide training and evaluate employee performance, addressing concerns and developing teams.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve safety and quality.
• Maintain reports and logs such as productivity and safety toolbox talks.

Education
