Job summary

Sysco seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while managing staff performance and coordinating with safety and operations teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a distribution center, with familiarity in RF devices and powered industrial trucks. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, and OSHA knowledge is important.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3–5 years equivalent education/work experience in a distribution center.
• 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a redistribution/distribution center.
• Experience with handheld RF unit.
• Voice recognition experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of powered industrial trucks and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Conduct staff meetings, training, and performance evaluations as needed.
• Lead staffing decisions, development, and corrective actions.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain safety, productivity, and performance reports and logs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory policies.
