Job summary

Sysco Redistribution Center Facilities in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. You will plan staffing, monitor productivity, coach teams, and collaborate with inventory and transportation to optimize flow while upholding safety policies and company standards.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Lead or supervisory experience preferred for the Supervisor position.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and management.
Ability to plan and organize work and time, analyze data, follow policies, and solve problems.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and use basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

Supervise fifteen to twenty-five colleagues and manage staffing to cover shifts.
Monitor receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping for efficiency and accuracy.
Coach and evaluate colleagues, reward high performance, and address underperformance.
Coordinate with Transportation, Inventory Control, and Operations Systems to optimize flow.
Ensure safety, security, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Approve direct reports' time and payroll-related records; maintain documentation.
