Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams, ensure safety and quality, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. You will schedule workloads, monitor outbound shipping, and mentor staff to achieve operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years in warehousing or distribution, and supervisory experience plus strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years in warehousing or distribution.
• Minimum six months supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of warehouse associates to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Schedule workloads, inventories, and assign duties.
• Monitor and direct shipping of outbound orders while maintaining policy compliance.
• Coach and evaluate staff; manage time and attendance.
