Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct warehouse associates, ensure safety and quality, and optimize workflow. You will oversee scheduling, inventory cycles, and shipping accuracy while coaching staff and upholding standard procedures.

Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in warehousing, with at least 6 months in a supervisory role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required to support daily operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehousing or distribution experience.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality and policy conformity.
• Schedule inventories and monitor shipping of outbound orders.
• Instruct associates and maintain accountability per SOPs.
• Manage time and mentor associates; handle corrective actions and evaluations.
• Monitor zoning and product database during receiving; train on procedures.
• Assist Safety Advocate and participate in Safety Committee.
