Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct warehouse teams, ensure safety and quality, and optimize workflow. You will set schedules, monitor outbound shipping, and enforce standard operating procedures while guiding associates through coaching and performance reviews.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in warehousing/distribution, and at least 6 months of supervisory experience; strong PC/Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience and PC skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Monitor safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs while expediting outbound shipments.
• Assign duties, review work for accuracy and neatness, and schedule inventories.
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations and corrective actions.
