Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in warehousing or distribution, with supervisory experience. The role emphasizes safety, process improvement, and teamwork within a leading 3PL in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of warehousing or distribution experience.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work across departments.
• Prepare work schedules and optimize workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Monitor and direct the shipping of outbound orders.
• Provide coaching and performance evaluations for staff.
• Assist in safety program activities and process improvements.
