Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse associates, manage daily workflow, and ensure safety and quality in distribution operations. The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and process improvement to drive efficiency and accuracy in outbound shipping.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years in warehousing or distribution, and supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related required.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work for departments and areas of responsibility.
• Determine work volume, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Monitor, direct, and when necessary, perform accurate shipping of outbound orders.
• Mentor and coach associates, including corrective actions and evaluations.
• Assist in safety program and process improvements.
