Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent experience.
• Three years of warehousing or distribution experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Schedule work and ensure accurate shipping of outbound orders.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety and process standards and support process improvements.
