Job summary

Kenco Logistics, LLC seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse associates, ensure safety, and maintain quality across departments. You will plan work volumes, schedules, and inventories while directing outbound shipping and enforcing SOPs.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, conducting performance evaluations, and participating in safety initiatives. A bachelor's degree and warehouse supervision experience are required, with travel about 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college; or equivalent related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related required.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work for departments and areas of responsibility.
• Determine work volume, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties, check work for quality, and schedule inventories.
• Monitor, direct, and perform outbound order shipping as needed.
• Provide instructions and maintain associate accountability per SOPs.
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate performance; support safety and process improvements.
• Monitor zoning and product database during receiving; support policy training.
