Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams, ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role emphasizes scheduling, workflow optimization, inventory control, and adherence to policies.

You will mentor associates, drive process improvements, and support safety initiatives while coordinating with leadership on performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years warehousing/distribution experience.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• Proficient PC skills and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct work of associates in warehouse/distribution.
• Schedule work volumes, prepare shifts, and expedit e workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and inspect quality and policy conformance.
• Oversee inventories and periodic audits.
• Monitor shipping of outbound orders and ensure accuracy.
• Provide instructions and maintain accountability per SOPs.
• Coach and mentor staff, address grievances, and evaluate performance.
• Support Safety Program participation and process improvements.
