Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years in warehousing or distribution with some supervisory exposure.
• PC skills including Microsoft Office and basic data handling.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of warehouse associates and ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare schedules, assign duties, and monitor workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Oversee outbound shipping accuracy and inventory processes.
• Coach and evaluate staff, including corrective actions as needed.
• Support safety programs and drive process improvements.
