Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Remote-based Virtual Sales Manager (VSM) for Sleep to lead a virtual team, align with client leadership, and drive national sales performance. This role emphasizes coaching, strategy, and CRM oversight in a fully remote setting.

You will collaborate on marketing strategies, call guides, and performance metrics while ensuring PDMA compliance and strong cross-functional partnership with the Client and EVERSANA teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years managing virtual sales teams in healthcare/pharma.
• 2+ years in virtual pharmaceutical sales or omnichannel engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and provide ongoing team leadership.
• Act as liaison between Client sales leadership and EVERSANA.
• Work with Client field leadership for full integration.
• Develop call guides using client messaging and product knowledge.
• Monitor metrics and coach reps to meet KPI goals.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with the Client.
• Co-create and maintain program documentation and CRM configuration.
