Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Remote-based Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) focused on Sleep products to support healthcare providers and staff. You will communicate product information, educate on patient education programs, and work from a remote home office while achieving territory sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of HCP-facing pharmaceutical sales experience including virtual engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software especially Word, Excel and Outlook; Veeva CRM a plus.
• Ability to articulate complex clinical data and deliver persuasive communications.
• Stable internet connection sufficient for VoIP calls and virtual platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core selling messages and product training at an advanced level.
• Meet or exceed call expectations and sales attainment goals.
• Generate accurate sample and literature requests and follow up on shipments.
• Maintain targeted customer call records in the database.
• Provide feedback on team leadership and opportunities for improvement.
• Adhere to PDMA, compliance and regulatory policies.
