Job summary

EVERSANA seeks a Remote-based Virtual Sales Manager to lead and coach virtual sales teams, oversee sales operations, and drive pre- and post-launch strategies in collaboration with Market Access, Commercial Operations, Marketing, and MSL teams.

The VSM will hire, train, plan resources, set targets, and manage CRM, ensuring compliant, patient-centric promotion; build KPIs, run quarterly business reviews, and report weekly stats to the client and EVERSANA stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years managing virtual sales teams.
• Experience in healthcare/pharma environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual sales teams and oversee daily activities.
• Coordinate with Client field leadership and EVERSANA.
• Develop call guides and training for the virtual sales team.
• Monitor KPIs and coach for brand performance.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Manage CRM issues and SOP/documentation.
