Job summary

EVERSANA Deployment Solutions is seeking a Remote-based Virtual Sales Manager (VSM) - Sleep to lead a nationwide virtual sales team and drive performance for an obstructive sleep apnea product. You will hire, coach, and manage the team, coordinating closely with the Client and EVERSANA leadership.

The role requires 4+ years in virtual sales leadership within healthcare/pharma, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Qualifications

Four-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR equivalent experience required
4+ years managing virtual sales teams in healthcare/pharma
2+ years in virtual pharma sales or omnichannel engagement
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint
Strong analytical and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Oversee daily activities and provide ongoing team & virtual sales leadership.
Act as liaison between the Client’s sales leadership and EVERSANA for daily requests.
Lead and coach virtual sales team for client product launch and ongoing initiatives.
Develop call guides using client messaging and product specifics.
Monitor sales metrics and coach the team to meet KPI objectives.
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with the Client.
Manage CRM issues and ensure program documentation is maintained.
Ensure compliance with PDMA, and client and company policies.
