EVERSANA Deployment Solutions is seeking a Remote-based Virtual Sales Manager for Sleep products. You will hire, lead and coach a virtual team to meet national sales goals, acting as liaison between client sales leadership and EVERSANA and driving execution across pre- and post-launch phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years managing virtual sales teams in healthcare/pharma.
• 2+ years in virtual pharmaceutical sales roles or similar.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and provide team leadership.
• Act as liaison between Client sales leadership and EVERSANA.
• Lead and coach virtual sales reps, ensure on-label promotion.
• Develop call guides and monitor KPI performance.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews with Client.
