Job summary

Burford’s Construction seeks a Foreman B with proven leadership to manage crews in electrical line clearance and pruning operations. You will supervise daily tasks, ensure safety, coordinate with customers, and uphold company policies while meeting project objectives.

Ideal candidate has 1-2 years experience, ability to read English, CDL preferred, willingness to travel, and strong communication and leadership skills. High school diploma required; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team supervision experience in field operations.
• Strong communication with crew, customers, and supervisors.
• Knowledge of pruning techniques (natural and directional) and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach crew on pruning and line clearance tasks.
• Schedule crews, assign work, and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate and inspect crew work; maintain records and PPE usage.
