Job summary

Burford’s Construction is seeking a working Foreman with proven leadership in vegetation management projects. You will supervise crews, schedule work, and ensure safe operations on multiple sites.

The role requires strong communication with customers, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to train crews, inspect PPE, and adapt to changes in plans. Travel to locations may be required; a CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field crews on vegetation management projects.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Spanish + English bilingualism is a plus.
• CDL is preferred; willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe practices and company policies on site.
• Schedule crews and assign work tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate and supervise crew activities and inspections.
• Maintain records and communicate with customers about project needs.
• Assist in training climbers and bucket operators; ensure PPE usage.
