Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership skills and experience supervising crews.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe working practices per company policies and procedures.
• Schedule crews and assign their work efficiently.
• Maintain records (written and computer).
• Lead, train, and coach team on pruning techniques.
• Communicate with customers about project issues and procedures.
• Inspect PPE and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate and inspect crew work and field operations.
• Assist in on-the-job training for less experienced climbers and operators.
