Burford’s Construction seeks a working Foreman with proven leadership to supervise vegetation management crews on electric line clearance projects in Florida. You will enforce safety, schedule tasks, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.

You will lead pruning operations (natural & directional), coordinate equipment and PPE, and ensure adherence to the Line Clearance Contract. Occasional travel and overtime may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent foreman leadership experience.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• CDL preferred; driving required.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and coach team on pruning techniques.
• Coordinate work and inspect crew performance.
• Maintain written and computer records.
