Job summary

Burford's Construction seeks an experienced Foreman to lead crews in vegetation management and line clearance operations. The role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and effective communication with customers and team members.

The Foreman will train climbers and bucket operators, ensure proper PPE and tools are used, and adapt quickly to changes while maintaining project timelines and quality.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand safety rules and company policies.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice when required.
• Proven leadership ability with experience supervising crews.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe working practices and company policies.
• Schedule crews and assign work effectively.
• Maintain records (written and computer).
• Lead, train, and coach team members on pruning techniques.
• Coordinate and inspect crew work to ensure completion of tasks.
