Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and team supervision capabilities.
• Experience with line clearance operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew members to ensure tasks are completed safely and on schedule.
• Schedule crews and assign work to optimize productivity.
• Maintain records and complete paperwork per company policies.
• Communicate with customers and property owners about work practices and approvals.
• Train less experienced climbers and bucket operators.
• Ensure compliance with PPE and safety rules.
