Job summary

United Utility Services seeks a skilled crew supervisor to lead overhead and underground distribution teams on transmission projects across Texas. You will plan and direct field operations, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with foremen to meet timelines and quality standards.

The role requires at least 7 years working around energized high-voltage lines, a valid CDL-A, and strong leadership and communication skills; willingness to travel for storm recovery and outages is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 7 years' experience with energized high-voltage lines.
• CDL-A license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and system maps.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to schedule crews.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to crews for safe, efficient operations.
• Overhead and underground distribution construction expertise.
• Plan work including manpower, equipment, and material.
• Ensure safety, schedules, and compliance.
• Recruit qualified applicants and assign classifications.
• Travel as required for storm recovery.
