United Utility Services is seeking an experienced Underground Superintendent to lead field crews in underground electric distribution, conduit installation, and related construction activities across Texas projects. You will ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance while maintaining quality workmanship and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8–10 years underground utility construction experience.
• 3–5 years of superintendent or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Extensive knowledge of underground electric distribution systems and related construction activities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews, foremen, subcontractors, and equipment on underground projects.
• Ensure safety, productivity, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of underground construction activities.
• Monitor project costs, labor, and equipment utilization; manage changes.
• Maintain client communications and ensure project documentation and reporting.
