Job summary

KGI Utility Solutions is seeking an Electric Distribution Line Crew Foreman to lead construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, and restoration of overhead and underground distribution systems. You will supervise daily crew activities, coordinate jobsite execution, and ensure work meets client standards and industry best practices.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years as a Journeyman Lineman, a Texas Class A CDL, and a high school diploma or equivalent, with strong safety and leadership skills for

Qualifications

• OSHA and utility safety standards knowledge.
• Experience leading line crews and coordinating field activity.
• Ability to manage material staging and jobsite readiness.
• Strong communication with leadership and crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in construction, maintenance, and repairs of distribution systems.
• Coordinate switching to maintain customer reliability.
• Provide storm restoration leadership and mutual aid support.
• Mentor linemen, apprentices, and groundman.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to client standards.
