Job summary

Pike Electric LLC in Texas is seeking a safety-focused Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing overhead distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized lines, travel to job sites as needed, and report to the General Foreman.

The role requires five years of overhead line experience, CDL, and readiness for out-of-state travel, extended hours, and on-call rotations; you will supervise safety briefings and ensure quality and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of overhead line experience.
• CDL required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job safety briefings.
• Oversee construction, maintenance and repair of overhead distribution systems.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Operate and maintain overhead line equipment as needed.
• Adapt to outdoor conditions and varying weather.
