Job summary

KGI Utility Solutions is seeking an Electric Distribution Line Crew Foreman in Selma, TX to lead construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, switching, and restoration of overhead and underground distribution systems.

This role requires 7+ years as a Journeyman Lineman, a Texas Class A CDL, and a strong safety record; supervise crews, ensure adherence to client standards, and coordinate with operations leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years experience as Journeyman Lineman required.
• Valid Texas Class A CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, and restoration of distribution systems.
• Oversee daily crew activities and ensure safety and reliability.
• Mentor linemen, apprentices, and groundman; ensure standards compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and operations leadership for efficient jobsite execution.
