Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in underground utility construction.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• Extensive knowledge of underground electric distribution systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safe, on-time execution of underground projects.
• Coordinate work plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
