Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber Foreperson to lead daily crew operations, coordinate work orders, and enforce OSHA safety standards on job sites. You will train crew members, monitor performance, and maintain records while collaborating with management and property owners to resolve access and safety issues.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in field operations.
• Understanding of safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining of crew on new job units.
• Enforces safe work practices and safety training per policy/OSHA.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets, and reports of work completed.
• Interacts with property owners to obtain access and resolve issues.
• Supports incident reporting and minor damage settlements as needed.
