Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber Foreperson to supervise daily crew operations, enforce safety protocols, and mentor staff on job sites. You will coordinate work orders, conduct training, and maintain records while managing costs and ensuring safe, professional performance.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to read drawings, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read drawings and symbols for lines and equipment.
• Must be able to multi-task and adapt to field requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a General Foreperson.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised units.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA standards.
• Maintains records, timesheets and reports for crew operations.
• Controls crew costs and uses resources efficiently.
• Provides reports on incidents and maintenance as needed.
• Cooperates with customers and emergency services as required.
• Carries out Trimmer/Climber tasks as needed.
