Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber Foreperson to supervise daily crew operations, coordinate tasks, and enforce safety standards at job sites. This full-time, non-exempt role requires strong leadership and clear communication to ensure timely completion of work and high safety standards.

The position involves field training, customer coordination, and maintaining records while managing crew costs and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at heights and follow safety protocols as per OSHA and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work after orders from General Foreperson/Supervisor.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew on new or revised tasks.
• Enforce safe work practices and deliver safety training to the crew.
• Coordinate with property owners/customers and obtain access for required work.
• Maintain records, timesheets, and reports of crew performance.
• Manage crew costs and efficient use of people and equipment.
• Provide reports on orders completed and incidents as needed.
