Job summary

D.R. Horton is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. The role focuses on delivering a positive online, chat, and phone customer experience while coordinating with onsite Sales Representatives.

The ideal candidate will manage lead intake, maintain CRM data, and generate regular performance reports. This position emphasizes interpersonal communication, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to sit for majority of an 8-hour workday and use hands and fingers.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies.
• Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Enter and update information in a customer management database.
• Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads with sales potential.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis).
• Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
• Maintain knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities.
• Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through phone, email, and mail.
• Coordinate mailing lists and materials to prospective clients.
• Conduct all business professionally to serve customers and increase goodwill and profit.
• Overtime availability may be required.
• Minimal overnight travel may be required for training purposes.
