Job summary

D.R. Horton, America's Builder, is hiring an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. You will manage web and outsourced leads, ensure excellent customer experiences across online, chat, and phone, and schedule appointments with on-site Sales Representatives.

The role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to maintain accurate CRM data, with occasional overtime and light travel for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies.
• Ensure a positive experience for all potential customers online, via chat, or by phone.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Enter and update information in a customer management database.
• Qualify leads to identify genuine opportunities for sales potential.
• Produce monthly sales/marketing reports (Intertrack, performance analyses).
• Analyze divisional website traffic (hits, source, etc.).
• Maintain knowledge of communities, products, plans and amenities.
• Develop new customer opportunities through calls, emails and mail.
• Coordinate mass mailings and mailing of materials to prospects.
• Conduct business professionally to support customers and company profitability.
• Overtime may be required.
• Minimal overnight travel for training.
