Qualifications

• No university degree required; relevant experience accepted in lieu of education.
• Experience in handling customer interactions and referrals to branch staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tellers by example to deliver a customer experience that improves financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities during customer interactions and refer appropriately.
• Engage customers in lobby activities and position PNC products to meet needs.
• Assist the Branch Manager with performance management and new hire selection.
