Addition Financial Credit Union is seeking a Head Teller to supervise tellers, ensure accuracy in transactions, and deliver exceptional member service. The role emphasizes engagement with members, promoting products, and driving deposit growth while maintaining security and efficiency across branch operations.

The Head Teller will balance drawers, support daily branch tasks, and mentor tellers, with opportunities to cross-train for Relationship Advisor responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1+ years in sale or member service, cash handling experience.
• Proficiency with core banking software and MS Office.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule teller activities.
• Cultivate strong member relationships and promote products/services.
• Drive member experience through personalized service.
• Identify opportunities for member growth and deposits.
• Prevent fraud and reduce operational losses; balance cash drawer and vaults.
• Support branch operations and cross-train for Relationship Advisor roles.
• Handle personal and business transactions and resolve complex issues.
