Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years experience in a sale or member service role with cash handling.

• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Member Engagement: Cultivate relationships to understand financial needs and promote products.
• Member Experience: Deliver personalized service and address inquiries promptly.
• Membership Growth: Identify opportunities to attract new members.
• Deposit Growth: Drive deposits through relationship-building and guidance.
• Operational Expense Reduction: Prevent fraud and minimize losses; audit teller drawer and vault balancing.
• Cross-Functional: Balance teller line and platform services based on demand.
• Member Outreach and Branch Support: Reach out to members and assist with daily branch tasks.
• Transaction processing: Handle deposits, transfers, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.
