The successful candidate will have 1+ years in sales or member service, with strong communication skills and a focus on accuracy, security, and member satisfaction in a credit union environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a sale or member service role, with cash handling experience.
• Strong communication skills, courtesy, tact, and diplomacy with diverse members.
• Proven ability to balance multiple tasks and provide excellent member service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate teller staff to ensure accurate cash handling and policy compliance.
• Deliver personalized member service and address inquiries promptly to enhance member experience.
• Support branch operations, including opening/closing procedures and outage resolution.
• Identify opportunities to grow deposits and memberships through relationship building.
• Maintain security and accuracy in drawer balancing and cash recycler audits.
