Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; GED accepted in lieu of diploma.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Strong member-service and cash-handling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee teller line with minimal supervision and ensure accuracy in member transactions.
• Coach and train tellers for optimal performance and handle complex issues.
• Monitor ATM settlements and application of counterfeit detection processes.
• Provide service across branches when needed and step in for Branch Manager in their absence.
