Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years teller or member service experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent math ability and attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Process all member transactions via teller terminal and balance daily cash.
• Balance each day’s transactions and verify cash totals; complete teller settlements.
• Promotes Credit Union services through cross-selling to members.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in processing transactions and inquiries.
• Assist with branch operations, scheduling, and training support as needed.
