Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and increase share of wallet.
• Identify opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and refer to branch staff.
• Lead lobby engagement activities and position PNC products to meet customer needs.
• Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
