- Identifies opportunities through conversations and refers to branch staff as appropriate.
- Leads lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
- Supports Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
- Ensures daily teller operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
