Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a customer experience focused on financial wellbeing and loyalty, referring opportunities as appropriate.
• Coaches and mentors tellers in identifying opportunities through conversations and referrals to branch staff.
• Leads lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products while educating on transaction options.
• Supports Branch Manager in performance management and new hire processes.
• Ensures adherence to policies and efficient, accurate teller/branch operations.
