Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires 1+ years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a customer experience that improves financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate.
• Leads lobby engagement activities and positions PNC products to meet customer needs.
• Communicates clearly, handles transactions, and supports the Branch Manager in performance and hiring.
• Ensures daily teller operations and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
