Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in banking or teller roles.
• Ability to learn and explain banking products clearly to customers.
• Proven customer service skills and accuracy in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach tellers to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Engage customers in the lobby and identify opportunities to refer to branch staff.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology.
• Support Branch Manager in performance management and hiring processes.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures and exercise sound judgment.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
