Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and increase customer loyalty.
• Educate customers on alternatives and options for financial interactions.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
• Lead lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Assist the Branch Manager with performance management and new hire processes.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and ensure efficient, accurate operations.
