PNC is seeking a Lead Teller for the Hatboro, PA branch in the Retail Banking organization. The role emphasizes coaching tellers to deliver an exceptional customer experience and to identify banking opportunities during customer interactions.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, promoting PNC products, and supporting branch leadership with performance and hiring processes; daily operations must be performed efficiently and accurately.

Formación

• No university degree required; related experience acceptable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to coach and mentor colleagues and lead by example.

Responsabilidades

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a customer-first experience.
• Identifies banking opportunities and refers to branch staff as appropriate.
• Promotes PNC products during customer interactions and leverages technology to assist transactions.
• Supports the Branch Manager with performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensures daily teller operations and maintenance tasks are completed accurately.
