PNC’s Teller Lead in Ephrata, PA will coach and mentor tellers, lead customer interactions, and identify opportunities to introduce PNC products to enhance financial wellbeing. You’ll support branch operations, conduct lobby engagement, and partner with the Branch Manager on performance and hiring matters.

• No degree required, related experience acceptable.
• 1+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and to improve customer financial wellbeing.
• Educates customers on alternatives and opportunities during interactions; makes referrals as appropriate.
• Conducts lobby engagements to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet needs.
• Educates customers on managing transactions using technology and tools.
• Assists Branch Manager with performance management and new hire processes.
• Ensures branch operations and transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
